The Ghede are the family of loa that embody the powers of death and fertility. Papa Ghede is considered the good counterpart to Baron Samedi. He is known to guide the newly deceased souls from earth to the afterlife, with the ability to know everything that happens in the worlds of the living and the dead.
This necklace features gorgoeous antique silver and matte black obsidian beads, with antique silver Papa Ghede veve pendant hanging beneath a large black skull, inspired by Papa Ghede. This necklace measures 43cms when laying flat, and fastens with an antique silver toggle clasp.
