🍃 These earrings have been inspired by the Deer Mother, a figure in Norse mythology often depicted in deer form or as a woman with antlers.
Reindeer are the only deer whose female have horns and are stronger and larger than the males.
While the male deer shed their horns in winter, the Deer Mothers' power and influence gain potency during Winter Solstice as she takes flight on the darkest night of the year, the Winter Solstice, and carries the light of the sun back to us in her antlers 🍃
These awesome earrings are nice and light weight featuring antique bronze antlers, measuring just over 7cms from tip to tip, weighing only a few grams each.
This pair has been made with antique bronze french hooks, for pierced ears.

*I recommend shephard hooks be worn through silicone earlets in stretched lobes, they sit snug and look great, while chain and clasps are suitable to be worn through metal tunnels or silicone earlets.
*If you are purchasing chain and lobster clasps, please note that if your tunnels or earlets have 'fat walls' and a much smaller inner diametre, these may not fit. If you are unsure if these will work with your tunnels or earlets, please get in touch before you purchase.
*I do have a variety of magnetic and lobster clasps in stock so if you require something a bit smaller, or alot larger, please take a look at my DIY Hooks and Clasps range and get in touch before you purchase.
